Category Archives: AGEING

AGEING is a serious concern for more and more adults today. I would like to compile a log of issues, experiences and episodes people have noticed as they age.

Will you help please…
Please send a note of your observations about yourself, your physical, emotional or mental experience that you have noticed have affected you or your daily activity. Have you noticed forgetting anything more often recently? Have you noticed climbing stairs needs a bit more effort lately? Have you noticed a bit more fatigue lately? Have you noticed your mood has changed much, often, occasionally?

What have you noticed
I want to compile a list of people’s experiences to help people by seeing/hearing that the stiffening of the knees happens with lots of people; the need to turn up the volume on the TV is a common occurrences? Men? Women?

Please help
Please help with a note about something that you have noticed about yourself: state your age and a short description of the change.

Include your age, and a brief description of the change.
[ Submissions received will be posted below in the category and may be modified for brevity and/clarity. Confidentiality will be respected for all submissions. ]
