KRACKen: flaw in Wi-Fi security leaves users vulnerable

The short of this scam is that people using old Wi Fi routers and who have not had them updated by the manufacturer or provider may be vulnerable to hacker intrusion.

For a detailed explanation about this KRACKen threat read:  KRACKen

If you have doubts about your Wi Fi router security, phone your service provider, Bell, Rogers, whoever provides you with Internet service, and ask them you advise you about your risk level and how to deal with it.

You should update your computer regularly, at least every month. An updated system is likely to have all the latest patches and protections against new malware. Safeguard your system regularly.
