You won’t believe this newest scam, but it’s out there.
Scam alert !
Now priests are being impersonated in the latest of scams.
Be aware that the Archdiocese of Toronto has been receiving multiple reports from parishes that criminals have created Gmail accounts in various pastors’ names, asking for iTunes gift cards for a sick friend in the hospital.
If you receive such an email, do not respond to it, do not open it. Instead forward it to the Help Desk at helpdesk@archtoronto.org
