The Canadian government service will not successfully block all telemarketers. “Fraudsters.” “fraud callers” originating internationally are NOT BLOCKED. So, your duct cleaning service from Mogadishu, Mumbai, Manila, or Kinsasha may still come through. The federal government does not block those calls. To block them you need to subscribe to added BELL TELEPHONE SERVICES at quite costly monthly rates.
