TELEPHONE COMPANIES OBLIGED TO FIGHT TELEMARKETING
Bell Canada has just launched their UNCB ( Universal Network-level Call Block service ) supposedly free and for all their clients.
You do not have to do anything as BELL completes the process of adding all their customers to the service. The service is free and Bell is obliged to complete enrolment of all its clients by Dec. 18, 2019.
UPDATE:
All Canadian telephone service providers are obligated to have call blocking requirements in place across their networks by December 18. There is no charge for customers.
