Easy to prepare, easy on the waistline.
1 avocado
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of salt
½ cup pomegranate seeds
- Mash avocado until smooth, add in cilantro, lime juice, garlic and salt and stir.
- Stir in the pomegranate seeds.
Serve with your choice of whole grain crackers, pita or tortilla chips.
