What should be our morning routine to be healthy?

Drink some water and stretch
You haven’t taken your dose of H20 and haven’t moved properly for 8–10 hours. Your body needs a fix. Many of the bad feels we associate with getting up from bed can be tied to lack of mobility and dehydration. Here’s what you need to do:
- Do a good stretch while in bed, get your blood moving through the veins.
- Get up slowly. Do some more light stretching.
- Drink a glass of clean, pure water.
And that’s about it. It can lead to a much quicker waking up time, and I bet many people wouldn’t be so desperate to get to that caffeine rush. In fact, coffee may be making the problem worse by treating the symptoms rather than the causes of hard mornings. But that’s a topic for another time.
The stretch-and-drink process will make your first few minutes of waking up healthier because it improves:
Blood circulation
Make those bodies get to where they have to be quicker.
Both immobility and dehydration obstruct optimal blood flow. Our blood becomes thicker and slower. Stretching and drinking water will make you wake up faster because they make said blood flow quicker. Your brain will get more oxygen quickly and your muscles will be nice and ready for the upcoming day.
