You receive an email that simply asks you to do the sender a favour, innocent sounding, innocuous.
Delete it; don’t open it
It’s a scam. The sender wants to draw you into their malware trap where they link to your computer and begin their nefarious work.
Do not open the email.
Delete it without opening it.
