Kirkpatrick was caught speeding, a few times, 28 kmh over the school zone limit and and 108 kmh in a 50 kmh zone days later.
You or I would likely lose our license. Kirkpatrick was punished but much less than these kind of violations usually accrue.
We definitely need to keep our speed driving police force executives on the road…as pedestrians maybe ?
