The City has received revised applications for Official Plan Amendment (OPA 23-004/P) and Zoning By-law Amendment (A 10/23), submitted by 1334281 Ontario Limited, for the lands located at the northwest corner of Whites Road and Granite Court, municipally known as 720 Granite Court (see the location map linked below). Under the Planning Act, any person may submit an application for development to be considered by City
Council. These applications have not yet been considered by City Council.
