Lisa Robinson, Pickering Councillor, Ward 1 has thrown her hat into the Canadian Election campaign as the candidate for the Max Bernier’s party, the People’s Party of Canada.
She has been suspended without pay from Pickering council and campaigning will be another financial hit on her pocket book.
Mayor Ashe has asked Robinson to step away from council if she campaigns. Robinson declares she will carry out council duties along with election campaigning.
