is a website I created many years ago.
I am Richard Szpin, a retired educator and a dedicated community activist.
My website differs from other Internet sites significantly:
- there is no selling unless you call trying to influence people’s thinking selling;
- it is ongoing and updated with current pieces of news frequently;
- it is much more than just a ONE-PAGE FRONT PIECE website;
- it has layers, sections, categories where information is posted and gets updated as often as practical;
- the information posted is always based on research, inquiry and probing;
- editorials and point-counterpoint are subjective posts, either mine or based on what people have written me (published with their permission)
- my site expenses are underwritten by me. The only financial support I receive comes from donations made by site visitors and newsletter readers;
- I am retired. My publications are my hobby, my passion and my interest…that I have site visitors and newsletter readers is very gratifying and make this all feel worthwhile.
